CSE Convention: Finance and Innovation in the Heart of Florence

We turned Florence into the perfect stage to tell the future of finance, taking care of every aspect of the CSE convention with a direction that pays attention to details and scenographic rendering.

The set-up was designed to combine institutional authority and innovative impetus. Essential but impactful graphics, dynamic screens and fluid layouts created a professional environment without sacrificing visual stimulation. The selected high quality materials dialogued harmoniously with the Renaissance architecture of the locations, creating a bridge between tradition and the future.

Lighting played a key role in shaping the experience. We created different atmospheres for each moment: sharp and functional lighting during the panels, softer and cosier in the networking spaces. Specially designed projections enhanced the architectural elements, transforming historical locations into modern frames for financial content.

Panels were designed to break traditional patterns. Dynamic moderations avoided the classic frontal lecture, favouring instead a true dialogue with the audience. The elevated arrangement of speakers and the measured use of digital media ensured maximum clarity without distraction, while keeping attention high at all times.

But what really made the difference was the ability to create complete experiences. Visits to exclusive locations and networking moments in informal settings were taken care of down to the last detail, with smooth transitions that made the transition between work and leisure a natural one.

The result? An event where every element – from technology to logistics – worked with Swiss precision, leaving participants with not only valuable content but the memory of a unique experience.

This is our signature: turning conferences into unforgettable occasions, where organisational rigour and creativity find the perfect balance.

Menarini Symposia, Cancun, Mexico

The Hotel Paradisus in Cancun was the splendid location for the two medical-scientific symposia “Past, Present and Future in Pain Medicine” and “Hot Topics in Cardiovascular Medicine 2023”, with 195 participants each.

Target Motivation organised flights, transfers, secured the hotel and conference hall, and acted as organisational secretariat. It took care of set-ups and communication, audio/video (screens, content), lunch breaks and social dinners, providing an all-inclusive package to the client.

Target Motivation and the International Launch of PUMA

The international launch of a new brand or product is always an exciting challenge, especially when it comes to a giant like PUMA. Target Motivation had the honour of supporting an Austrian agency in the coordination and development of this prestigious event, helping to turn a vision into reality.

Our role was instrumental in coordinating production and space design, ensuring that each area reflected PUMA’s energy and innovation. From the sports space, designed to give participants an immersive experience, to the welcome areas and interview zones, set up with attention to detail. Each environment was designed to communicate the essence of the brand and engage the audience in a dynamic and memorable way.

But we did not stop there. The audio-video-lighting direction was one of the key components of our intervention. Thanks to our experienced team, we managed the technique of each space with precision, creating evocative atmospheres and ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.

Collaborating with an international agency was an opportunity to demonstrate once again how Target Motivation knows how to integrate different skills, working in synergy with global partners to achieve ambitious goals, and how it can support foreign agencies in the development of each project on their own territory.

An emotional journey through the heart of Venice with Alleanza

From the welcome in Piazzale Roma to the final gala, every moment was designed to create an immersive experience in the sign of blue, Alleanza’s iconic colour. After checking in at the hotel, the water taxi transfer offered participants their first taste of Venetian magic, with the Grand Canal tinged with the hues of sunset.

In the Procuratie Vecchie, the meeting came to life amid majestic architecture illuminated by cool lights that enhanced the corporate blue. The large LED wall amplified the content with evocative images, while the direction took care of every detail.

The disruptive intervention of an exceptional speaker brought a disruptive perspective, capable of mixing irony, provocation and sharp insights.

The second stage at the Teatro La Fenice turned the event into a real spectacle. In the historic golden hall, two exceptional guides revealed anecdotes and secrets of the temple of opera, while a refined aperitif accompanied the breathtaking performance of a soprano and tenor. The notes merged with the unique atmosphere of the theatre, creating a moment of pure magic.

The return to the Procuratie for the gala dinner closed the circle in beauty: amidst the vaults lit by blue lights, guests enjoyed a gourmet dinner accompanied by the notes of a jazz singer and saxophone that made the ancient venue vibrate. Every detail, from the set design to the transfers by water taxi night.

The return to the Procuratie for the gala dinner closed the circle in beauty: amidst the vaults lit by blue lights, guests enjoyed a gourmet dinner accompanied by the notes of a jazz singer and saxophone that made the ancient venue vibrate. Every detail, from the set design to the night-time water taxi transfers, contributed to creating an emotional thread between the exceptional locations.

This was not just a series of appointments, but a journey designed to embody Alleanza’s values: timeless elegance, innovation and attention to relationships. Venice, with its millennial history, became the perfect setting to write a new chapter together.

At the prestigious Kioene Arena in Padua we organised an exclusive event for the launch of the new Porsche Cayenne, a car that symbolises strength, dynamism and sporty performance. More than 500 guests attended a unique evening designed to celebrate the power and sporting spirit that have always characterised this iconic model.

The evening was built around a central theme: strength and sport. That is why we created several sports areas within the arena, where local and national athletes from different disciplines such as basketball, volleyball and boxing performed. These were not only spectacular performances, but also moments of direct involvement, when the athletes interacted with the guests, inviting them to play and challenge each other in small friendly matches, making the experience even more immersive and fun.

Instead of the traditional stage, we created a real central ring, symbolising strength and competition, which dominated the scene throughout the evening, perfectly representing the sporting soul of the new Cayenne.

To complete the atmosphere, we set up eight food trucks with a varied selection of high-quality dishes, designed to satisfy all tastes and keep the guests’ motivation high during the event.

Entirely designed and built by us, we took care of every detail to ensure an immersive and memorable experience, in perfect harmony with Porsche’s values and the innovative character of the new Cayenne.

20th SIECVI National Congress – “The New Normalcy”

Target Motivation took care of the organisation of the 20th SIECVI National Congress in Venice, transforming a scientific appointment into a symbolic experience of restart. With 700 participants and 15 sponsors, the event marked the return to presence after the pandemic, under the naming “The New Normalcy” – a concept devised by our team to celebrate the reconnection of the medical community.

An Atmosphere of Rebirth

We designed every detail to give substance to the theme of restart:

– Emotional theme song and walk-in: a video projection with evocative images of Venice and an original soundtrack introduced the event, unifying plenary and rooms in a moment of strong impact.

– Dynamic lighting: specially designed lighting scenes punctuated the sessions, creating a visual rhythm between scientific speeches and moments of discussion.

– Coordinated graphics: the congress visual (medical icons fused with liquid elements, symbolising transformation) was used in all the rooms, from monitors to documentation.

Tailor-made Logistics

The plenary room (500 seats) hosted the main sessions with sharp projections and immersive audio, while three parallel rooms (100 seats each) facilitated the workshops in an intimate yet technologically advanced atmosphere. The social dinner, in an exclusive Venetian location, rounded off the experience with a light setting that echoed the theme of the event.

Beyond the Scientific Objectives

Thanks to a creative direction attentive to details, the congress became a concrete symbol of the “new normal”: not only professional updating, but the re-appropriation of shared space, enriched by an engaging and meaningful aesthetic.

Siemens and its Partners: An Event Signed by Us

When Siemens asked us to design an event for its most important distributors, we jumped at the chance to turn a simple business meeting into a memorable experience. We wanted to take care of every detail of this annual event that combines work and relationship in perfect balance.

The 2023 edition saw us at work between Modena and Maranello, symbolic territories of Italian excellence. We chose iconic locations that spoke of tradition and innovation, just like the relationship Siemens wants to build with its partners. An exclusive resort for overnight stays, state-of-the-art meeting spaces but with that warmth that only Italian hospitality can give.

For two intense days, we orchestrated a perfect rhythm between institutional moments and informal occasions. Work sessions alternated with tastings of typical products, because we know that the best agreements are often born at the table. We designed flexible spaces that could transform from conference area to convivial lounge in a few minutes, with discreet but ever-present technology.

We paid particular attention to creating an atmosphere that broke down barriers. Distributors who normally compete with each other found themselves in a protected environment where they could freely confront each other. Round tables instead of terraced tables, lighting designed to create intimacy without sacrificing professionalism, set-ups that recalled the world of electrics without being too didactic.

Our most important work? The one you can’t see. The perfect direction that allowed 55 people – including Siemens managers and representatives of the main Italian distribution companies – to feel at ease, to concentrate on the content without worrying about anything. From the logistics of travel to the selection of menus, every choice was made with the thought of how best to bring out the value of this ten-year partnership.

UCB Convention 2024: An Immersive Setting for the Future of Dermatology

On 5-6 September 2024, the majestic OGR in Turin hosted the UCB Convention, transforming itself into a state-of-the-art stage thanks to our design and staging work. For this important occasion aimed at dermatologists and specialists in the field, we created an environment that not only communicated the innovation of the drug Bimzelx for the treatment of psoriasis, but also made it physically experienceable through unprecedented technical and scenographic solutions.

The industrial soul of the Officine Grandi Riparazioni, with its history of transformation, became the perfect metaphor to narrate the therapeutic evolution. At the centre of the space, an imposing 30 square metre LED wall created a dynamic stage, where images and scientific content took shape with extraordinary visual impact. The skilful modulation of the lights on large tulle walls made it possible to alternate moments of recollection in delimited spaces with spectacular openings towards other areas of the event, creating an enthralling emotional rhythm.

The most iconic element was undoubtedly the installation inspired by railway travel: a digital train whose “windows” were screens telling the story of UCB and the path towards the future of dermatology. This concept was further developed on the second day with the setting up of 12 workshop rooms, each identified by totems recalling railway stations, where participants were able to delve into scientific aspects in a technological but cosy environment.

The gala evening at the Reggia di Venaria was the culmination of this journey, with a set-up that for over 140 linear metres combined elegance and technology. Specially designed lighting, architectural projections and design solutions created a unique atmosphere, the perfect setting to celebrate the achievements.

Every detail was designed to amplify UCB’s scientific messages.

The success of the event demonstrates how a technologically advanced and conceptually sound set-up can turn a convention into an unforgettable experience. We didn’t simply organise a space, but created a true visual language that brought science to life in three dimensions, leaving participants with not just information, but emotions.
