190th Anniversary Convention, Generali, Venice

Target Motivation has organised various conventions for Generali Italia and several incentive trips.

On occasion of Generali’s 190th anniversary, the 190 Story maker initiative was promoted, a corporate storytelling project placing people at the centre, and which involved more than 23 countries where Generali is located.

To award the lionesses and lions voted in the “190 Story makers” in-house contest, an event was organised between Venice and Generali’s historical headquarters in Mogliano to encourage the involvement of the international team. One of the proposed activities was a visit to the Procuratie Vecchie, an important restoration managed by Generali and home to “The Human Safety Net” foundation.

Target Motivation looked after:

• logistics between Mogliano and Venice by private coach,
• logistics of the gran turismo motorboat to Venice,
• set-up of the spaces in Mogliano and Venice,
• logistics of private taxis,
• selection of hotels in Venice,
• administration,
• gala dinner.
