Airline Route Launch Event in Rome
To celebrate the first direct Rome-Seattle flight operated by Alaska Airlines, we supported the production of an international corporate event at La Lanterna di Fuksas, one of Rome’s most iconic contemporary venues.
The project welcomed over 300 guests, including institutional representatives, aviation professionals, international partners and media, transforming the launch of a new air route into a brand experience built around storytelling, relationships and international positioning.
A corporate event built around a new international connection
The Rome-Seattle route represented more than a new flight. It marked the beginning of a strategic connection between Italy and the United States.
For this reason, the experience was designed to express the dialogue between Italian elegance and the innovative spirit of the American West Coast, through immersive atmospheres, experiential corners and visual references to the excellence of both countries.
Local production for an institutional and international audience
An aviation event of this scale requires precise coordination across timing, suppliers, venue management, staff and guest flows.
We managed the local production of the experience, from scenic set-ups and venue coordination to staff management and catering service, working in close collaboration with the international team involved in the project.
Storytelling, visual impact and relationship value
From the celebrations at the airport gate to the evening event in the heart of Rome, every element contributed to a coherent narrative.
The objective was to create more than an inaugural event: an experience capable of expressing a new idea of international connection, where hospitality, creativity and storytelling become part of the brand experience.
This case study shows how the launch of a new air route can become a strategic corporate communication tool. When production, storytelling and international coordination work in the same direction, an inaugural event can strengthen brand positioning, institutional relationships and long-term perception.
