Annual Partners Convention for the Consulting Sector in Venice
For an international organisation in the consulting and advisory sector, we managed an annual partners convention in Venice dedicated to Senior Partners and Junior Partners from across the EMEA region.
The project took place from 21 to 27 January 2026 in a back-to-back format, involving two separate groups: 360 guests in the first phase and 290 guests in the second. The entire experience was built around business, culture, entertainment and destination value.
Complex logistics for a back-to-back event
The convention required articulated logistics management, with two consecutive groups, different arrival and departure flows and a multi-day programme.
Hilton Molino Stucky was fully privatized for the occasion, becoming the operational hub of the event and hosting the convention sessions in the Ballroom, together with the main hospitality and coordination moments.
Venice as an immersive experience
The programme was designed to let guests experience the most authentic identity of the city, alternating business content with cultural and creative activities.
Tours between Piazza San Marco and Rialto, a private visit to Murano with access to a historic glass factory, an extraordinary opening of the Basilica dei Santi Maria e Donato and a mask-making workshop in a private atelier turned Venice into an integral part of the event narrative.
Gala dinner, entertainment and exclusive moments
The most representative moment of the convention was the gala dinner at Scuola Grande della Misericordia, with scenic welcome moments, emotional catering, dinner by Alajmo, artistic performances, live music, costumed dancers and DJ set.
The second phase of the event featured a more dynamic format spread across the city, with dinners in four iconic venues and an after party at The Club at Palazzina Grassi, privatized until 3:00 a.m.
This case study shows how an annual partners convention can become a strategic platform to strengthen an international community, professional relationships and sense of belonging. When logistics, venue management, business content and cultural experiences are designed as parts of the same journey, the event creates value for guests and consolidates the organisation’s positioning.
