Convention and Product Launch Pharma Sector in Milan
For a company in the pharma sector, we managed the full logistics of a three-day event in Milan, combining a product launch and a corporate convention.
The project involved an initial group of around 300 participants for the new product launch, followed by an additional 300 guests joining the following days dedicated to the convention.
Product launch and convention in one programme
The first phase of the event was dedicated to the product launch, with the initial group managed in a single hotel.
In the second phase, the format expanded with the arrival of additional participants and the activation of further hotels, turning the project into a larger and more articulated convention.
Full logistics for evolving groups
We managed the organisational secretariat for train and flight ticketing, hotel bookings, transfers and guest arrival coordination.
The main complexity was ensuring operational continuity between the different phases of the event, with increasing numbers, multiple hotels involved and guest flows to be coordinated with precision.
Social dinners and experience management
The programme included two convivial moments: a social dinner for the first group of around 300 participants and a second dinner at Officine del Volo.
These moments completed the event journey, creating relationship-building and networking opportunities aligned with the profile of the convention.
This case study shows how a convention with a product launch in the pharma sector requires solid logistics management, capable of handling progressive groups, hospitality, transfers and relationship moments. When the organisational framework is precise, even a complex event can maintain fluidity, control and quality of experience.
