Convention and Product Launch for the Pharmaceutical Sector in Turin

For a company in the pharmaceutical sector, we managed a convention in Turin organised for the launch of a new product.

The project took place from 26 to 30 January and involved corporate staff and medical representatives from across Italy, with an initial phase dedicated to internal meetings and a second phase welcoming around 250 participants.

A product launch structured in multiple phases

The convention was designed as a progressive journey, first preparing the internal teams and then involving the network of medical representatives.

The initial meetings made it possible to align training, scientific and operational objectives, creating the foundation for a structured, coherent and shared product launch.

A meeting venue with strong representative value

The Reggia di Venaria was selected as the main event venue to reflect the importance of the launch and give the convention a prestigious, recognisable and memorable setting.

The venue helped strengthen the positioning of the event, turning the training and corporate programme into a high-profile experience.

Logistics, hospitality and relationship moments

We managed guest accommodation across three hotels, selected to ensure comfort, quality and controlled guest flows throughout the different phases of the event.

The programme also included two social dinners: the first at the Museo dell’Automobile in Turin, in a dynamic and contemporary setting, and the second in the Galleria Diana at the Reggia di Venaria, designed as a closing moment with strong scenic and emotional impact.

This case study shows how a convention for the pharmaceutical sector can support the launch of a new product through integrated management of content, logistics and relationships. When training, hospitality and venues are designed as parts of the same journey, the event becomes a concrete tool to align people, strengthen the message and enhance corporate identity.
