Corporate Event with Product Reveal for the Industrial Sector

For a company in the industrial sector, we managed the logistics and organisation of a corporate event with product reveal at the company’s headquarters in Veneto.

The project took place from 15 to 19 October and involved around 800 participants, with a dedicated organisational secretariat responsible for collecting arrival and departure data and managing guest flows between hotels and the event venue.

Hotel management and transfers

We coordinated transfers from 20 hotels to the event venue, with the aim of ensuring orderly guest flows and reliable timing management.

The main logistical complexity was linked to the number of participants, their distribution across multiple hotels and the need to maintain operational continuity throughout the event days.

Organisational secretariat for 800 participants

The organisational secretariat managed the collection of participant travel information, including arrival and departure details.

This made it possible to build an accurate transfer plan and support the overall organisation of the event with structured and updated data.

Product reveal with scenic direction

We also managed the product reveal of the new machine presented to clients.

The presentation was built around a performance with 8 dancers, custom choreography, dedicated music and bespoke costumes, turning the reveal into a scenic and memorable moment.
