Corporate Incentive for the Logistics Automation Sector
For a company in the logistics automation sector, we managed a corporate summer party designed to bring the team together in an informal, convivial and easily accessible setting.
The project involved 90 participants and included the selection of dedicated hotel facilities, with Hotel Waldorf and Hotel Cormoran identified for group hospitality.
Hotel management and guest experience
The choice of accommodation responded to the need to host the group in a functional way, maintaining proximity between accommodation, convivial moments and movement management.
The proposal focused on hotels suitable for a summer corporate event, with services aligned with an informal yet curated experience.
Venue and dinner within walking distance
The programme included a dinner proposal within walking distance from the hotel, at Malindi and Bikini Disco Bar, around 450 metres from the property.
This choice simplified evening logistics, reduced the need for transfers and made the participant experience smoother.
A light and relationship-focused corporate format
The summer party was designed as an internal relationship moment, useful for encouraging social interaction, sharing and sense of belonging.
The value of the project lies in building a simple, accessible and seasonally coherent experience, where hospitality and organisation support the quality of time spent together.
This case study shows how even a lighter corporate event format requires careful planning of hospitality, venues and guest flows. When hotels, dinner and movements are designed as one integrated experience, a summer party becomes an effective opportunity to strengthen internal relationships, participation and overall experience quality.
