CSR: Sustainable Team building, Bain & Company, Venice

450 people from the famous London consulting firm were welcomed to a splendid island in Venice, Isola delle Rose. It was completely reserved or their business meetings and recreational activities.

In addition to trips/transfers, overnight stays, social dinners, evening entertainment activities and outdoor tournaments, Target Motivation organised a team building in which the theme of sustainability was brought to light with a workshop on reuse.

A talk on "plastic recycling" was introduced by the documentary of Alex Bellini's enterprise entitled "10 Rivers and 1 Ocean".

After the discussion a creative workshop took place, and each participant created their own free sculpture using empty plastic objects to give them a second live. Water bottles, caps, containers for detergents, etc. became artistic objectives.

The plastic creations made by the participants were collected by an Italian association of oncohaematology in Bologna and sold to finance its charitable projects.
