Experiential Training Event for the Insurance Sector in Prague
For two organisations in the insurance sector, we managed an experiential training event in Prague designed to combine professional content, networking and destination discovery.
The project took place from 25 to 28 May and included full experience management: pre-trip organisational secretariat, flights from Milan and Rome, hotel hospitality, meetings, transfers, lunches, dinners and guided visits.
Training and networking in one programme
The training component was concentrated into a half-day working session, creating a structured moment for professional updating and discussion.
The rest of the programme was designed to give more space to relationships, informal dialogue and experience quality, in line with a growing trend in the MICE sector: reducing traditional classroom time and increasing the value of experiential moments.
Team building in the heart of Prague
One of the key moments of the event was the “Prague Shortcuts” team building activity, a dynamic experience set in the historic centre of the Czech capital.
Through challenges, tasks and unconventional routes, participants discovered the city from a different perspective while strengthening collaboration, engagement and team spirit.
Integrated logistics and destination value
The choice of a hotel in the heart of Prague provided a functional logistical base, simplifying movements and allowing guests to experience the atmosphere of the historic centre.
Lunches and dinners in selected restaurants, chosen for quality, atmosphere and authenticity, completed the programme and turned the destination into an integral part of the event narrative.
This case study shows how a training event for the insurance sector can become a strategic tool to combine content, networking and destination experience. When organisational secretariat, logistics, training and experiential activities are designed in an integrated way, the event generates engagement, relationships and memorability.
