Global Meeting for the Animal Nutrition Sector in Rome

For an international group in the animal nutrition sector, we managed a global meeting in Rome dedicated to international teams and to a particularly meaningful moment for the company: the official celebration of the CEO transition.

The project brought together 65 participants over five days of business sessions, hospitality, cultural experiences and social moments, with the objective of strengthening team spirit and supporting a new phase of corporate leadership.

The event was designed as a strategic appointment to bring together management and international teams at an important stage in the company’s journey.

The CEO transition gave the meeting strong symbolic and relational value, turning the programme into an opportunity to share vision, continuity and future perspectives.

Full organisation and operational management

We managed the full organisation of the event, from hotel selection to business sessions, accommodation, group lunches and collateral activities.

Hotel UNAWAY Empire Roma was selected as the main event venue, allowing meetings, hospitality and logistics to be concentrated in one location and ensuring smoother timing and guest flow management.

Rome as a cultural and relationship experience

The programme enhanced the destination through moments designed to build relationships and offer guests an authentic experience of the city.

A guided tour of the historic centre, welcome dinner at Terrazza Borromini, panoramic dinner at Hotel Forum, visit to the Vatican Museums and final gala dinner at Baja created a journey combining corporate content, culture, networking and hospitality.

This case study shows how a global meeting can become a strategic tool to support an important corporate transition, strengthen international team cohesion and consolidate internal culture. When meetings, hospitality and destination are designed as parts of the same journey, the event creates relationship value and supports change with clarity, care and vision.
