Incentive Trip to Malaga and Granada

For a company in the insurance sector, we managed a 4-day incentive trip between Malaga and Granada, from 6 to 9 May 2023.

The project involved around 35 guests in a programme designed to combine meeting moments, cultural discovery, experiential activities and team building, with full logistics and destination management.

An incentive programme combining culture and relationships

The trip was designed to alternate corporate content, group moments and destination discovery.

The hotel meeting session was integrated into the programme without interrupting the rhythm of the experience, creating continuity between the business component and the activities designed to encourage relationships and participation.

Exclusive experiences between Malaga, Granada and the Badlands

The programme included a visit to the Picasso Museum in Malaga, a guided tour of the Alhambra in Granada and an excursion to the Badlands desert.

These activities allowed guests to experience the destination through iconic places, scenic landscapes and shared discovery moments.

Full logistics and tailor-made activities

We managed flights from Italy, general logistics, accommodation in a high-level hotel, dedicated meeting spaces and the presence of an on-site Event Manager arriving from Italy.

One of the key moments of the programme was the vintage car road trip from Granada to Malaga, with a personalised roadbook and a lunch stop in a selected location. The trip ended with a farewell dinner on a panoramic rooftop.

This case study shows how an incentive trip can integrate meetings, team building and destination experience into a compact programme with strong relationship value. When logistics, cultural activities and experiential moments are designed as parts of the same journey, the incentive becomes a concrete tool to strengthen participation, networking and sense of belonging.
