International Event for the Legal Sector in Milan

For an international alliance of law firms specialising in employment law, we managed an international corporate event in Milan with around 200 guests from different countries.

The project unfolded over three days, combining team building, a gala dinner, networking moments and experiential tours between Milan and Lake Como.

Creative team building to strengthen collaboration

The first day was dedicated to a team building activity inspired by the world of fashion.

Guests were divided into 15 teams and challenged to create a unique garment, starting from the concept and sketch through to the final piece. Materials, accessories and tools were integrated into the activity through a quiz-based dynamic, designed to encourage collaboration, strategy and engagement.

Gala dinner and experience storytelling

The second day included a gala dinner in an exclusive venue, with an aperitif in the garden and dinner inside a glass house, creating an elegant and immersive atmosphere.

Before dinner, the work completed by the teams became part of the evening experience: a red carpet fashion show presented the garments created during the team building activity, turning the previous day’s work into a scenic, participatory and memorable moment.

Milan and Lake Como as part of the programme

The third day was dedicated to destination discovery, with three tours designed to showcase both Milan and Lake Como.

The programme included cultural experiences such as the visit to the Duomo and its Terraces, together with itineraries focused on one of Northern Italy’s most iconic destinations.

This case study shows how an international corporate event can combine professional relationships, creativity and destination experience within one coherent journey. When team building, gala dinner and cultural programme are designed in continuity, the event becomes a concrete tool to strengthen networking, collaboration and sense of belonging among senior professionals.
