International Event for the Superyacht Sector in Cortina

For an international organisation in the superyacht and luxury media sector, we managed an event in Cortina d’Ampezzo dedicated to leading figures in international yacht design.

The project brought together around 200 participants in a programme combining panels, conferences, networking, awards, hospitality and experiential moments in the heart of the Dolomites.

An event built around content and relationships

The programme brought together experts, speakers and professionals from the superyacht sector for a series of moments focused on design, innovation and exchange among international key players.

Alexander Girardi Hall hosted registration, panels, conferences and the awards ceremony, providing a functional venue aligned with the authority and profile of the event.

The destination as part of the experience

Cortina d’Ampezzo was selected for its iconic positioning, combining alpine lifestyle, Italian hospitality and an international setting.

The welcome standing dinner in the centre of Cortina, in front of the Museum of Modern Art opened exclusively for guests, turned the arrival moment into an immersive experience, with alpine-style set-ups, wooden chalets, local specialities and warm drinks.

Networking, lifestyle and Italian hospitality

The networking dinner at Grand Hotel Savoia transformed the hotel’s ground floor into an elegant winter chalet, creating a warm and refined atmosphere consistent with the Dolomites setting.

The programme ended with a more informal and sporty moment: a ski race on the Tofana slope and a farewell brunch with DJ set at Chalet Tofane, combining music, sunshine, food and relaxed networking.

This case study shows how an international event for the superyacht sector can combine content, networking and destination experience within one coherent narrative. When venues, hospitality and programme design work together, the event becomes a relationship platform that enhances the brand, the destination and the quality of the guest experience.
