National Congress SIECVI 2022, Venice

Last May, the scientific conference of the Italian Society of Echocardiography and CardioVascular Imaging, SIECVI, saw Target Motivation involved in defining an all-round event.

The conference addressed topics such as structural heart disease, major clinical issues, technological innovations, and open challenges.

Part of the conference was organised for operational activities in the form of workshop-style mini-courses.

Target Motivation also arranged the graphics and installations in the exhibition area, where the latest innovations in the field of echocardiography were presented, designed to reduce examination times and improve the quality of diagnostics thanks to technologies such as artificial intelligence and 3D.

The NH Hotel in Mestre, Venice, exclusively hosted the SIECVI group of 700 people and 14 sponsors from the medical science sector.

• From the choice of venue to the room set-up, as well as the audio & video services, SIECVI chose to entrust the agency with:
• managing international administration tasks;
• managing arrivals and accommodation for the faculty with more than 100 speakers and 700 guests split into delegations;
• the installations in the exhibition area;
• a dedicated staff for the conference;
• social dinners in Venice.
