Scientific Event Pharma Sector in Naples

For an international company in the pharma sector, we managed a scientific event in Naples focused on dermatology and chronic inflammatory conditions.

The project brought together around 250 guests over two days of convention sessions, scientific content, testimonials and relationship-building moments, hosted in a historic venue strongly aligned with the event concept: “All About Inflammation – Carrying the Future Together”.

A concept connecting scientific innovation and destination identity

Naples was selected as a representative stage of a multi-year dermatology journey, thanks to its ability to express transformation, stratification and rebirth.

The concept connected the city, the historic venue and the scientific message of the event in one coherent narrative: a future built together, where therapeutic innovation and clinical experience support each other.

Full production and experience direction

We managed the entire project, covering logistics, organisation, creativity, communication, set-up, graphic production and on-site operations.

The work involved over 30 professionals, including technicians, hostesses and dedicated staff, engaged across two set-up days and two convention days to ensure continuity, control and quality of experience.

Sustainability, hospitality and relationships

The event design integrated concrete sustainability criteria: hotels within walking distance, reduced transfers, preference for rail travel, digital materials replacing most printed assets, local suppliers and food recovery where possible.

The exclusive dinner at Villa Vittoria, overlooking the Gulf of Naples, completed the journey with a moment of relationship-building and open conversation among guests, outside the more structured timing of the congress agenda.

This case study shows how a scientific event in the pharma sector can become a strategic platform for communication, relationships and positioning. When concept, content, sustainability and production work in the same direction, the convention does more than transfer information: it creates an experience that strengthens the scientific message and adds value to stakeholder relationships.
