Training Incentive Lake Garda

For two organisations in the insurance sector, we managed a training incentive on Lake Garda, with a three-day programme designed to combine professional development, relationship-building and destination discovery.

The project alternated training sessions, wine and food experiences in Valpolicella, outdoor activities and networking moments, turning the trip into a journey designed to strengthen engagement, belonging and the quality of relationships among participants.

Training and experience in one format

The programme was designed to integrate professional content and experiential moments without separating business from relationship-building.

The training session at the hotel represented the key educational moment, while the following activities created opportunities for participants to continue the conversation in a more informal, natural and engaging setting.

The destination as an engagement driver

Lake Garda and Valpolicella were selected for their ability to combine landscape, culture, food and wine heritage, and outdoor experiences.

The winery visit with dinner at the estate, the e-bike tour between the inland area and the lake, the stop in Lazise and the lakeside dinner made the destination an integral part of the incentive narrative.

Seamless logistics and a tailor-made programme

Every phase of the trip was designed to ensure operational continuity: accommodation, private transfers, meeting room, visits, e-bike activities, convivial moments and free time were coordinated within a balanced and accessible programme.

The choice of accessible activities, nearby venues and controlled transfers helped maintain a high-quality experience while reducing operational complexity and downtime.

This case study shows how a training incentive can become a strategic tool to combine content, motivation and relationships. When training, destination experience and logistics are designed as parts of the same journey, the corporate trip generates tangible value for both participants and the organisation.
