Incentive travel to Rio de Janeiro

For this incentive travel, organized annually for the top sellers of the year, the company has chosen one of the destinations proposed by Target Motivation: Rio de Janeiro.

In addition to the search for the destination and the location, we managed the part of the aerial ticket office with direct contact of the participants by our Organizing Secretariat for transfers and flights approaching the departure airports.

On site, we managed transfers, excursions and activities agreed with the client, the gala dinner in a typical restaurant with entertainment.

Plus that decided the company to choose our proposal, was the fact of having proposed an activity that involved the participants during the parade of the Rio carnival, a very important event for the city that is found immersed in a multi-colored atmosphere.

During the whole stay, a professional photographer coming from Italy was at disposal of the group for photo shooting and shooting during all days of activity and an emotional video has been edited and reproduced during the gala dinner.

As requested by the client, a selected VIP followed the group throughout the trip by proposing an entertainment format to create a common thread and indelible memories for guests.

In addition, we managed together with the hotel the preparation of the meeting spaces for the workshop.

Come di consueto, questa grande azienda Torinese apre le sue porte alle famiglie dei dipendenti per un’intera giornata dedicata ad attività di aggregazione. Quest’anno però la celebrazione è stata particolarmente ricca di attrazioni ed eventi, anche per festeggiare i 50 anni di anniversario del brand.

Per questa occasione, l’azienda si è affidata a Target Motivation per la parte di allestimento e servizi audio/video.

Abbiamo curato la scenografia e l’allestimento del palco di circa 30mq, l’impianto audio è stato studiato ad hoc per l’ambiente esterno in cui sarebbe stato posizionato con presenza di mixer, casse e amplificatori, così come parte della strumentazione necessaria per l’esecuzione musicale delle band che hanno preso parte all’evento.

Dopo il discorso di introduzione dell’amministratore delegato, Italdesign ha voluto creare un concerto, selezionando le canzoni più rappresentative degli anni in cui sono successi gli avvenimenti più importanti dell’azienda, a partire dalla nascita.

In questo caso Target Motivation ha curato anche la regia sia per quanto riguarda l’alternarsi delle band, sia per la riproduzione del video emozionale sul led-wall di 15mq installato con un appendimento per l’occasione.

Oltre agli impianti audio e al led-wall, per la parte di luci è stata creata una scenografia d’impatto con giochi di luci e macchine del fumo per rendere l’atmosfera magica ed emozionante.

L’evento è stato organizzato da Target Motivation nel ruolo di Provider, Segreteria organizzativa e gestione della logistica in loco.
Il programma scientifico è stato sviluppato sotto la direzione del Prof. Valter Gattei, Presidente del congresso, assieme ad una faculty di caratura internazionale composta da 40 illustri Professori del settore. La platea (circa 120 pax) era composta prevalentemente da medici e specializzandi.

Target Motivation si è occupata di gestire i servizi logistici necessari alla realizzazione dell’evento, quali hostess, desk di registrazione, trasferimenti etc

È stato inoltre creato un progetto grafico per l’evento che è stato declinati su vari supporti come programma, locandine, badge per partecipazione, roll up, attestati.

L’evento si è tenuto presso il Salone del Ridotto dell’hotel Monaco che è stato allestito per l’occasione ricavando gli spazi necessari all’evento (zona accreditamento, slide center, plenaria).

I servizi Food & Beverage nelle varie giornate di evento sono stati predisposti presso I’hotel: welcome cocktail, pranzi e coffee break.

Target Motivation ha gestito inoltre la biglietteria, il pernottamento e tutti i servizi accessori dei 40 relatori che hanno alloggiato presso l’hotel Monaco.

Per la faculty sono state organizzate delle cene esterne in ristoranti limitrofi all’hotel (Harry’s Bar, Ristorante La Fenice, Antico Martini).

L’evento è stato organizzato da Target Motivation nel ruolo di Segreteria scientifica-organizzativa e gestione della logistica in loco.
Il programma scientifico è stato stilato da una faculty di caratura internazionale composta da 18 illustri Professori di Cardiologia. La platea (circa 150 pax) era composta prevalentemente da medici locali messicani ma anche da alcune delegazioni provenienti dal Sud e Centro America (Colombia, Argentina, Peru, ecc).
Tutti i servizi logistici necessari alla realizzazione dell’evento sono stati gestiti da Target Motivation (hostess congressuali, desk di registrazione…)

Target Motivation si è occupata di creare un progetto grafico per l’evento che è stato declinato nei vari stampati (programma, locandine, badge per partecipazione, roll up, attestati)

L’evento si è tenuto presso il JW MARRIOTT di Cancun all’interno del Centro Congressi.
Negli spazi dedicati all’evento, oltre alla sala plenaria, è stato creato uno slide center a disposizione dei relatori per il controllo delle presentazioni slide prima dei loro interventi in sala. È stato creato inoltre uno spazio dedicato al Food & Beverage di relatori e partecipanti per un welcome cocktail, i pranzi e i coffee break.

Target Motivation ha gestito anche la biglietteria, il pernottamento e tutti i servizi accessori dei 18 relatori che hanno alloggiato presso la stessa struttura del meeting, fornendo supporto a livello di Visti per i relatori provenienti da altri paesi in cui il visto era obbligatorio per l’ingresso in Messico.

Per la faculty sono state organizzate delle cene esterne in ristoranti limitrofi all’hotel.
