Thanks to our Organizing Secretariat we take care of the participants in every detail: from direct contact, to the organization of individual trips through the issue of ticketing through our Business Travel department, the transfer organization, up to the creation of personalized welcome letters. For us, every guest is important, so we pay attention to the needs of each of them, such as any food intolerances.
