Incentive Trip, Audi Twin Cup, Siena and Surrounds
We have organised a number of Audi incentive trips in Italy and abroad.
The Audi Twin Cup is an award program for the best Service, Client and Technical managers in the Audi Italy service network.
It was a often a two-day incentive trip with overnight stay in a luxury hotel, including dinner and evening entertainment.
For Audi (parent company) we proposed 3 destinations, promoting the value of the local territories and proposing three different experiential programs for each one: culture, adventure, food & wine.
One of the destinations selected by the company was Sienna with its adventure program.
The selected activities were:
ENDURANCE RACE - timed free trials lasting one hour with a change of driver every 15 minutes for each team. Target Motivation was given access to a 12 km dirt road to use for test drives. The Audis were brought to the Crete Senesi specifically for the endurance race.
TRUFFLE TOUR - guests accompanied by experienced truffle hunters were guided through the Sienese woods with truffle dogs. An aperitif with truffle tasting followed.
Incentive Trip, Fujitsu, Amalfi Coast
An incentive trip in Italy for 250 guests with a three-day tour of the Amalfi Coast.
Target Motivation involved as many as 12 tour guides to accompany guests on the tour of the Pompeii excavations.
The second day was dedicated to a boat tour of the Amalfi Coast with guests disembarking in Capri and Anacapri for a guided excursion.
The third day was dedicated to visiting the sights of Sorrento.
Particular emphasis was placed on moments of relaxation and gala dinners. A stand-out event was the fancy-dress dinner in a Neapolitan castle where the group was treated to ancient cuisine re-enacted for the occasion, featuring dishes with the flavours of yesteryear.
The group had a great visit to a railway museum and had lunch in the locomotive pavilion.
Incentive Trip, Mauritius, Arag
We accompanied and organised an incentive trip to Mauritius for about fifty Arag employees, for 5 days and 4 nights. A single objective: to ensure the guests and their families enjoyed a rewarding, happy, regenerating holiday.
The incentive trip included:
- a visit to Black River Bay to see the dolphins surrounded by clear waters and a preserved sea;
- the Casela natural park in Flic en Flac, stretching across 14 hectares. Guests spotted zebras, giraffes, rhinos and were able to take a tandem ride through the savannah landscape.
- Guests also enjoyed scuba-diving in the crystal-clear waters of the eastern islands and visited Ile des Deux Cocos, an island with a house-museum where friends of one of the first British governors of Mauritius were once entertained.
