A dedicated team will follow the organizational secretariat of your event

We take care of registrations, security and operational support at trade shows and events.

We directly manage the organisational secretariat for the events through our booking pilot and interface with the other teams.

The back-office work of the administration team is one of the most important activities when creating an event. The admin team is responsible for creating a bridge between the logistics team and the event graphics and design team, ensuring the perfect organisation of the conference or meeting.

Printed materials and bags for events

Set-up of technological or paper displays in the exhibition areas and signage or roll-ups.

We take care of all materials at the welcome desk: badges, gadgets, event programs, other programs (dinners, team building)
