A key factor not to be overlooked when it comes to large conferences is logistics. In these events, the number of speakers and possible guests is important, and travel is always involved, which needs to be managed in detail with professionalism and multilingual staff.

That’s why Target Motivation has set up a dedicated unit that deals with conferences and CME courses, working in close collaboration with the event graphics and communications team when installations and set designs also need to be arranged.

To truly impress the audience and ensure an unforgettable event, Target Motivation in fact proposes innovative presentation strategies and interactive communication tools including holographic displays, wearable devices for gesture control, interactive tables to show products and studies, gamification and augmented reality solutions.

At the heart of each conference lies the administration team, which takes care of all the procedures for convening KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and participants. Staff manages invitations and guest follow-ups, arranges transfers and accommodation on-site. An ad hoc microsite is often set up to manage guest registration.

We can also send targeted communications on behalf of the client, abstracts, summaries and presentations to participants, and possibly even select the content to be sent to the press. In addition, we look after the accreditation of registered guests in special situations, for example when we organise CME courses, seeing to the allocation of credits and transmitting the relative data to the ministry.

CME courses in particular are held for training and professional education purposes, and therefore involve the granting of training credits to participants.
