A break from the corporate convention to discover the secrets and highlights of typical Molise cuisine.
Travelling by coach along the Biferno valley floor, amidst natural landscapes and unique panoramas, we reach a old oil mill. Here, the group will discover the first product of excellence: extra virgin olive oil. The territory’s special orographic conformation and unspoilt nature allows different olive varieties to be cultivated using ancient techniques. After visiting the ancient oil mill and learning about oil cultivation, harvesting and extraction techniques, the group can taste some extra virgin oil specialities on some fresh bread from Molise. A delicious snack before the social dinner!
Continuing along the Biferno Valley, we reach one of the most important family-run wineries in the area. Immersed in the green of the vineyards and guided by the wine expert, the group will visit the vineyards and cellars to learn about winemaking. This is followed by a wine tasting paired with typical Molise cuisine.
