After a guided tour of the farm, you will be treated to Sicilian cuisine flavoured with aromatic herbs grown in the field, or sweetened with stevia. An experience that can be repeated at home by planting the purchased seeds, with imaginative names: “Fatti i capperi tuoi!” (Mind your own capers!) or “Vuoi vivere nella bambagia?” (Do you want to live in cotton wool?) to grow cotton crops.

Under a canopy of passion flowers, we organise cooking courses with herbs or team building.
