This is an easy panoramic/hiking route by off-road vehicle and on foot.

In the wildest part of the island, between the territories of Orgosolo and Urzulei, in a Neolithic landscape marked by the Mereu and Presetu Tortu nuraghes, the Sas Baddess forest of holm oaks, the Su Cunnu de s’Ebba waterfall, and the stratifications of Sa Giuntuura, one can admire the immense scenery dominated by the Gorropu gorge.

From the Ghenna Silana pass, the group travels about 4 km on foot to an altitude of 650 m for about 2 hours until reaching the entrance to the Gorropu canyon; after a visit with the nature guide, the group returns in an off-road vehicle along a scenic route, after an easy 2.8 km path.

The off-road track will treat you to glimpses of animals in the wild: goats, horses, cows, sheep, pigs and donkeys. It will feel like being on a real safari!
