At a winery famous for its ethical and nature-friendly agriculture, generations-old wine experts and enthusiasts will hold a conversation on Biointegral wines in Sardinia.

You will enjoy a close-up view of the steel containers used to enhance the primary aromas of our Vermentino, the tonneaux that cradle the Cannonau Riserva for twenty-four months, and discover the suggestive rooms where, using amphorae from Georgia and Impruneta, wines are produced using ancient methods, but with thousands of years of experience. The tour ends on a panoramic terrace with a guided tasting of three wines, together with the estate’s own EVO olive oil accompanied by selected local products (bread and cheese).
