Food and Wine Experience – Alghero and Cagliari, Sardinia

In the north of Sardinia, in the Alghero countryside, or down south in the territory of Cagliari, you can enjoy a familiar experience. It will be just like cooking at a friend’s house.

Together with the group, you will learn to prepare:

• Culurgiones

• Malloreddus

• Seada

according to local tradition and the available time. You will learn how to make a delicious sauce with simple ingredients, and between preparations, you can enjoy interesting facts about Sardinian food and savour the dishes prepared together with the group, accompanied by a good glass of Cannonau and/or Vermentino wine straight from a small vineyard.

All this with the shimmering sea on the horizon.
