For an incentive trip, meeting or corporate convention, cooking classes can be arranged to learn how to prepare the famous piadina: participants will discover together with the local azdore (grandmothers) the secrets of Romagna’s ancient cuisine!
Participants will learn how to put their hands in dough, and the group that makes the highest number of mini-piadine, filled cassonici (pockets) and filled ravioli within a specific time frame will be awarded a prize and receive a diploma in Romagna cuisine.
At the end of the contest, guests will enjoy a piadina and other pasta all together.
