A two-hour experience to step out of your robes and into the shoes of an authentic cheesemaker.
You will meet an authentic master of cheese-making who will guide you through the entire local Pecorino production process: from the stable to fermentation and through to ripening.
You can witness the first stages of cheese-making.
At the end of the demonstration, there will be a tasting of different types of Pecorino with a cheese-tasting expert, where with eyes closed, you will try and tell them apart and discover which wines they are best paired with.
