A rail route through the forests of the Sila to Europe’s highest narrow-gauge railway station (950 mm) at an altitude of over 1400 metres.

FAI heritage since 2016, the Sila National Park is home to 45-metre-high trees with trunks at least two metres wide, which are more than 350 years old. These trees are in fact ancient relics of the history, landscape, and rural life of Calabria. We’re talking about sycamore maples and larch pines.
