Wine tasting with a relaxing walk on the hillside opposite Manarola, through the vineyards, for a sensory experience tasting Ligurian wines. You will use your senses of sight, smell, and of course, taste to fully enjoy the delicious wines of the beautiful Ligurian region. The tour will be guided by a sommelier, who will start by recounting the history of the Cinque Terre with anecdotes and interesting facts that only a local could know, doing their best to immerse guests into the context.

The guide will thoroughly explain the varieties making up the wine, with the various differences, helping participants to recognise the aromas and sensations by conducting a sensory tasting, serving three glasses of Cinque Terre wine with three different textures, together with Ligurian focaccia. After the tasting, guests will be taken for an easy stroll at altitude to demonstrate the dry wall and pergola technique, and the extreme conditions of heroic viticulture in Liguria.
