We organized an incentive in Venice for a multinational. We welcomed the guests with a guided tour of the Basilica of San Marco, after which a dinner was held at the Terrazza Danieli, one of the best restaurants of Venice.
During the second day, the actual convention took place. Target Motivation took care of the whole technical-logistical part, creating an ad hoc led wall for the event.
After the convention, the participants dined in the starred bistro inside the Fondaco dei Tedesco, with the plus of an evening visit to the panoramic terrace of the Fondaco, that allows a unique view of Venice.
Finally, the final day was dedicated to the visit of the island of Murano and the fascinating Glass Cathedral, a former church today dedicated to the processing of glass, with a final evening with a DJ set.
We managed to transform the convention into a team building occasion, also thanks to the collateral activities, tailor-made for the customer. This also allowed us to maximize the engagement of the event.
