  The restaurant in question is a prestigious rural property, located in an area of 22 hectares, immersed in the Chianti Classico vineyards, just 8 km from Siena. Ten hectares are dedicated to the production of wine, two to the production of olive oil.
  It offers a panoramic view of the vineyards, an outdoor pool and Tuscan gourmet dishes.
• Dinner in a Contrada
  In the city of Siena in Tuscany, each of the seventeen historical divisions within the medieval walls is called Contrada.
  There are seventeen districts of the city of Siena and each has maintained its autonomy for centuries.
  Dinner includes local Tuscan dishes and entertainment with music and traditional dances.
• Innovative cooking workshops
  These innovative and sophisticated laboratories are set up in historic buildings and are dedicated to the oil and wine sector and gastronomic research. In the central hall there is an area dedicated to over 250 labels of 45 wine producers with tastings in combination with typical and rare products. The restaurants are spread over 3 rooms: the wine hall, the tasting room of olive oil and the kitchen.
• Typical Florentine restaurants
  For over a hundred years travelers ame here, in the heart of Florence, from all over Italy, to delight their taste buds with ancient Florentine recipes. In Florence, the “buche” (holes) were typical cellars located under impressive historic buildings often owned by aristocratic families. They were used to preserve salted meats, ham and salami and, above all, to store precious wine.
  These restaurants transmit the ancient culinary codes and hospitality from generation to generation, and are still managed, in the Florentine tradition, by the original families.
