• The promenade of the Prince
  Cosimo I ° de’ Medici had to cross the city to go from Palazzo Vecchio (seat of the Florentine government) to Palazzo Pitti (home of the Medici family), but how to avoid bad weather and crowds or escape conspiracies and insurrections?
